The Madisonville City Council met in a called meeting on May 15, 2008 at 3:05 p.m. at 210 W. Cottonwood, Madisonville, Texas

A motion was made by Lois Brown to adjourn at 3:30 p.m. and seconded by Terri
Creel. All voting aye. Motion Carried.
